  • Author: basmer1517
  • Total Time: 4-6 hours
  • Yield: 6 popsicles 1x
  • Diet: Vegan

Description

Frozen Fruit Yogurt Pops are a guilt-free, refreshing treat that combines creamy Greek yogurt with the natural sweetness and vibrant colors of fresh or frozen fruit.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 to 1½ cups fresh or frozen fruit, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop your chosen fresh fruit into small pieces. If using frozen fruit, allow it to thaw slightly so it blends smoothly.
  2. In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, fruit, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and fresh lemon juice. Blend until smooth but with a few chunks left for texture if you prefer.
  3. Carefully pour the creamy mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top to allow for expansion during freezing.
  4. Place the sticks in each mold and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solidified.
  5. To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull on the sticks. Enjoy immediately for the best texture.
