Description
Honey Mustard BLT Chicken Sliders, a perfect crowd-pleaser for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 ounces King’s Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns
- 6 slices Pepper Jack Cheese (or substitute with cheddar or Gouda)
- 6 slices Cooked Bacon (crumbled; consider turkey bacon for lighter option)
- 2 cups Fried Chicken Tenders (roughly chopped; opt for homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 cup Honey Mustard (for serving extra on the side)
- 1 cup Avocado (cubed; guacamole works as an alternative)
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (quartered; can swap with diced cucumbers)
- 1 teaspoon Flaky Salt (or use kosher salt instead)
Instructions
- Split the King’s Hawaiian pretzel slider buns in half and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Evenly distribute slices of Pepper Jack cheese over each bun half, then sprinkle crumbled bacon on top of the cheese.
- Place the baking sheet under the broiler for about 3 to 5 minutes, watching closely for cheese to melt and buns to become golden brown.
- Toss the roughly chopped fried chicken tenders in a bowl with honey mustard until well-coated.
- Pile the honey mustard-coated chicken onto the toasted buns, add avocado cubes and quartered cherry tomatoes, then sprinkle with flaky salt.
- Carefully close the sliders and serve warm. Offer additional honey mustard on the side for dipping.
