Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups Heavy Cream (Use cream with 35-40% fat for optimal results.)
- 1/2 cup Sugar (Sweetens the panna cotta.)
- 1 tablespoon Gelatin (Essential for setting; ensure it’s properly dissolved.)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (Optional; enhances the flavor profile.)

- Once the cream mixture is hot, remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Gently fold in crushed pistachios to the creamy base. Let sit for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve to remove larger pistachio pieces.
- Carefully pour the strained mixture into individual molds or cups.
