Description
Protein Banana Bark is an easy high-protein frozen treat made with bananas, chocolate peanut butter protein powder, and dark chocolate. It’s naturally sweet, no-bake, and perfect for a quick freezer snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 medium bananas
- 2 scoops chocolate peanut butter protein powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice bananas and arrange them in a single even layer, slightly overlapping to form a base.
- In a bowl, mix the protein powder with almond milk. Start with ¼ cup milk, then add more one tablespoon at a time if needed until you get a smooth, spreadable consistency.
- Spread the protein mixture evenly over the top of the bananas using a spoon or spatula. Add to freezer while you get the chocolate prepared.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the bananas and protein.
- Sprinkle with peanuts and a pinch of sea salt if desired.
- Place the tray in the freezer for about 1 hour, or until fully set.
- Remove from the freezer and break into pieces. Enjoy straight from the freezer.
